Welcome to Artist Clone ("the Service"), operated by DRULES AI, LLC ("DRULES AI", "we", "our", or "us"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of artist-clone.com and any related tools, features, content, and services we provide (together, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
1. Who can use the Service
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction (typically 18), you may only use the Service with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.
2. Your account & session
The Service uses anonymous session identifiers and, once you submit an email address, a contact record to track your usage, credits, and subscription status. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your session or account. You agree to provide accurate information when you sign up and to keep it current.
3. Credits, free usage, and paid plans
The Service operates on a credit model:
- Free: 5 prompt generations at no cost. Drop your email to receive an additional 10 credits (5 more generations at 2 credits per generation).
- Monthly subscription: $5.99 USD per month grants 200 credits per billing cycle. Unused credits expire at the end of each cycle (no rollover).
- Lifetime access: A single payment of $29 USD grants unlimited generations on the Service for as long as it remains operational.
Credits are a non-transferable, non-refundable right to use the Service and have no cash value. Each generation consumes a fixed number of credits (currently 2). We reserve the right to adjust pricing, credit costs, and plan features with prospective notice.
4. Payments & refunds
All payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the account link we send with your receipt or by emailing dannyrulesai@gmail.com. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle; you retain access until then.
Refund policy: Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable for time already elapsed. Lifetime purchases may be refunded within 14 days of purchase if fewer than 30 generations have been made. Requests after that window, or after meaningful usage, are handled case-by-case.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Generate, distribute, or promote content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit involving minors, or otherwise harmful.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, probe, or disrupt the Service or any connected infrastructure.
- Use automated tools to generate prompts at a rate that is inconsistent with normal personal or professional use.
- Resell, sublicense, or mirror the Service or its outputs as if they were your own AI tool.
- Circumvent quota limits, payment systems, or authentication.
We may suspend or terminate any session or account we believe is violating these rules, with or without notice.
6. Content and intellectual property
Your input (artist names, lyrics, descriptors, Suno share links, etc.) remains yours. By submitting it, you grant us a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to process it solely to provide the Service.
Generated outputs (style prompts, vibe words, lyric formatting, storyboards, etc.) are yours to use — commercially or otherwise — subject to the restrictions of the downstream AI music platforms (Suno, Udio, Google Lyria, etc.) where you use them, and subject to applicable copyright and likeness laws. Descriptions and analysis of third-party artists are provided for educational / prompting purposes only and do not constitute endorsement by or affiliation with those artists.
Our materials — the Service's branding, code, visual design, blog content, and logos — are owned by DRULES AI and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute them without our written permission.
7. Third-party services
The Service integrates with and relies on third-party services including but not limited to Anthropic (AI models), xAI (news aggregation), Stripe (payments), Vercel (hosting), Redis/Upstash (data storage), Mailchimp (email list), and Google Analytics (traffic measurement). Their use of your data is governed by their respective privacy policies, summarized in our Privacy Policy.
Suno song URLs pasted into the Jukebox feature are resolved against Suno's public pages. Playback is subject to Suno's own availability and restrictions; we do not host the audio.
8. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated outputs will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose.
AI outputs can be incorrect, misleading, or unexpected. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before using them in public or commercial contexts.
9. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DRULES AI, ITS AFFILIATES, AND ITS PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUES, DATA, OR GOODWILL ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed the greater of $100 USD or the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DRULES AI and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
11. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without cause, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Sections 5–10, 12, and 13 survive termination.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the Service. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Fresno County, California, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there. Nothing in this section waives any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection laws.
